I have bought and sold several homes in my lifetime. I have never had an inspection like this.  Thank God Bruce has a good moisture meter.  We had a contractor come out and cut holes in the walls where Bruce found high moisture levels below the windows. The water damage and mold will cost thousands to repair.  Thanks to you good folks the sellers are fixing all of it.
